Return Policy

Returns

  • AnimeGo Store has a 15-day return policy. Customers have 15 Days after receiving the purchased item to request a return. In the case of customers providing an incorrect or improper shipping address, we will not be responsible after the order has already been shipped. Please make sure all address changes are made before your order is shipped. 
  • The item must be in the same condition as the customer received it to be eligible for a return. It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide us your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For sanitary reasons, shoes & pet cosplay cannot be returned under any circumstances except in the case of receiving the incorrect item from what the customer has ordered.
  • Sizing issues are not eligible for returns for all items except in the case of us sending the customer the wrong size from what was selected in the order. Please consult the size chart carefully and make sure to select the right size.
  • Return requests will not be considered if item(s) have not yet been delivered to the customer. AnimeGo Store maintains the right to refuse any return request for any reason.
  • Other than the reasons of receiving defective or incorrect items, all returns will be subject to a $5 USD processing & restocking fee per item.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@animegostore.com and explain in detail the reason for your return request. If the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to automated processing, time zone differences in business hours, and international shipping logistics of manufacturers and suppliers. Please be certain before placing and paying for the order. 

 

Refunds

  • Customers will be notified once we have received and inspected their returned item(s), and be updated on whether their refund was approved. In the case of approved refund, customers will be automatically refunded on their original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund on your account.

 

Exchanges

  • Due to shipping restrictions with suppliers, AnimeGo Store currently does not offer any exchanges. Please make sure to consult the size chart carefully and select the correct size of item. Customers typically pick one size up when they're unsure of sizing.

 

Non-returnable items 

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). AnimeGo also does not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns .

 

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect the items you ordered immediately upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly to your satisfaction.
