• All AnimeGo Store orders are processed, carefully packaged, and ready to be shipped within 24 hours of purchase unless there are unforeseen delays. Some custom-made items may take a few more days to ship out.

• Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. (We offer free international shipping and cannot guarantee a delivery date)

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors such as the delivery destination’s customs office, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, or incorrect shipping address information.

• We advise not to use a Postal Office Box as the shipping address to avoid potential complications. Delivery issues related to using a Postal Office Box address is solely the customer’s responsibility.

• If the customer isn’t home during delivery, some regional shipping carriers or postal offices may require the package to be picked up at their local offices. We will do our best to notify the customer by email when this happens, but it is solely the customer’s responsibility to check their mail box for notices, track their package, check their emails, and pick up the package on time.
